We also offer smart meeting rooms equipped for secure video conferencing, making it simple to meet with us wherever you are — whether you’re based in rural WA, interstate, or overseas

The experienced team at TLS help clients by:

  • Drafting Wills, including Testamentary Trust Wills.
  • Drafting Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship.
  • Applying to SAT for Guardianship and/or Administration orders.
  • Handling the paperwork after someone has died.
  • Applying for Probate or Letters of Administration, specialising in complex applications and foreign Wills.
  • Assisting executors regarding non-contentious estates.
  • Resolving disputes regarding deceased estates.
  • Issuing Family Provision Act claims if beneficiaries are not adequately provided for out of the estate.
