As demand for our services continue to grow, we are now looking for a permanent Wills & Estates Lawyer with 5+ years post-admission experience. The role suits lawyers who want flexibility and autonomy without the pressure of running their own practice. TLS has an established client base, proven systems and administrative support. You will be meeting with clients, preparing Wills and other estate planning documents, be involved in litigation matters, assisting clients with Probate applications, and more.
Legal Assistant (Expression of Interest)
We are always keeping an eye out for talented law students/graduates with an interest in estate planning law. In this role, you will be assisting with drafting Wills and other estate planning documents, preparing Probate applications, lodging documents, assisting with office admin duties and outside clerking.
